Open Positions

We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years experience working in civil litigation to join our team in our San Diego office; work will commence immediately. Our primary practice areas include Construction Defects, Landslides, Insurance Bad Faith and Attorney Malpractice. The optimal candidate must have experience with motion practice before both the state and federal courts, taking and defending depositions, and effective case strategy. You will work with our litigation department in our San Diego office.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Provide a writing sample of a substantive pleading, i.e. – opposition to MSJ, or appellate brief;
2. Reliability and punctuality;
2. Knowledge of MS Word, WordPerfect, and Excel;
3. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills;
4. Flexible schedule or willing to work weekends when needed;
5. Valid Driver’s License;
6. Proof reading skills;
7. Independent worker.
